• Attribution & Onboarding Survey Data: Anonymous user discovery responses collected through the Organiq SDK (such as self-reported attribution channel selections).
• Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction logs collected automatically for system performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our attribution analytics platform and dashboard.
• To compute real-time video performance, views growth rate, and organic install attribution rates.
• To facilitate third-party platform integrations authorized by you (e.g., TikTok API authentication and data sync).
• To communicate platform updates, waitlist access confirmations, and security notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or unauthorized usage.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in limited circumstances, such as:

• Authorized API Providers: Interacting with TikTok APIs to retrieve authorized creator statistics in accordance with TikTok Developer Policies.

7. TikTok Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of all TikTok data transferred to Organiq through the TikTok Data Portability API at any time. Users can submit a deletion request by emailing privacy@organiqtrack.com from the email address associated with their Organiq account.

After verifying the request, Organiq will permanently delete the TikTok data associated with the user, including imported profile information, posts, video files, metadata, derived analyses, embeddings, and TikTok access tokens. Organiq will confirm when the deletion has been completed. Deleting data from Organiq does not delete the original content or account stored on TikTok.
