Organiq provides AI-powered attribution analytics and performance tracking for mobile application developers, content creators, and marketing teams. Our Service matches user onboarding attributions with organic social media content performance (including TikTok video metadata and public stats).

To utilize certain features, including automated video analytics and account synchronization, you may connect your social media handles or authorize third-party platform integrations (such as TikTok). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Terms

Our Service integrates with and retrieves data from third-party social media networks, including TikTok. By using Organiq, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and guidelines of third-party platforms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Policies.

5. SDK Integration & Developer Responsibilities

If you integrate the Organiq Mobile SDK into your applications, you represent and warrant that:

• You have provided appropriate privacy disclosures to your end users regarding onboarding attribution data collection.
• You will not use the SDK to collect prohibited personal identifiers or sensitive information without explicit user consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, platform code, algorithms, visual design, and software associated with Organiq are the exclusive property of Organiq Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform and integrate our SDK solely for your internal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organiq Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website.
